Sugartown Watermelon Growers Event by the Beauregard Watermelon Festival

Event Hours: Saturday, June 28, 2025 from 9:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m.

Indoor Vendor: $50 Registration Fee
Outdoor Vendor: $25 Registration Fee

*The Festival Committee retains the privilege of changing locations of booths for unavoidable reasons.
*No Tents Allowed Indoors.

• Early Check-in begins on Friday, (June 27, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM
• Saturday Check in begins on Saturday, (June 28, 2025) from 6:00 AM to 8:30 AM
• **All Vendors must be ready to go by Saturday morning before 9:00 AM!!
• No Vendors will be allowed to set up after 8:45 AM!! Do not wait until the last minute to arrive & set up!

*Booth Vendors: it is at your discretion to stay "open" after dark. However please keep in mind event doesn't end until 10:00 p.m.

Gates open at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 28, 2025

When registering, if you need multiple booths, please select "Add Attendee" to add an additional space.

*All vendors are responsible for his/her own tent, displays, stands. 

*Tables & chairs available upon  request.

*Vendors must make their own provisions for shade/rain when requesting outdoor space. 

Once your fee is paid your agreeing to the following terms to be an exhibitor at the Beauregard Watermelon Festival 

1. Only the juried crafter is to occupy the space/sharing or subletting will result in forfeiture of booth. 

2. The festival reserves the right to reject any inappropriate work or display and to ask any exhibitor to leave who fails to meet the overall standards of the festival. 

3. The festival will provide limited 24 hours security, but cannot assume liability for damage, loss, theft of an individual's product. 

4. Acceptance: Entry at this exhibit constitutes an automatic waiver of any claim of damages, loss against sponsors, any employees or representatives thereof. 

Indoor With A/C Vendors:

1.  No tents are allowed inside the Exhibit Hall.

Outdoor Craft/Retail Vendors

1.  No On-Site Food Preparation allowed.

2.  Electricity is NOT provided.

3.  POWER BOX or quiet Generators are welcome.
